< Sol11Exp is only legal to use for development purposes (read the license agreement when you download) but it's honor-system enforced, so shh.
You'll probably never fully comply with a legal gray area of using the downloaded OS for noncommercial use. But so far it is download-able but it defines an open-standard engineered for specific hardware it might not even work online to that standard with anything else ?
