I will not be upgrading to 134 from 129 any time soon.

Also the Wikientry statest that 134b is not supported at all

So ... it seems that the proper answer to my initial question is that Oracle 
completely screwed up Open Solaris and there is no help for us who have 129 
version.

The license terms for the Solaris Express are not clear to me really. Somewhere 
I found a post where it said you get a license with a "Media Pack" which is 
only $20, but then on Oracle's site it says that Media Pack does not include a 
license. If you want to run Solaris Express on a computer - you have to 
purchase a support contract of $1000 / year

The only path left for me if I still want Solaris (and yes I do) is to explore 
OpenIndiana and see if I can somehow convert my installation to it or at least 
wipe everything out and import my ZFS pool

Sigh.
