Generally, OSS4 drivers are not compatible with Boomer, and installing 
OSS will clobber Boomer.   Once you've done that, you'll have to rely on 
4Front for support -- nobody at Sun is equipped to support an 
installation of OSS over Boomer; the results of doing this are not 
guaranteed to work.
