No because Boomer has removed/modified the Sun audio core significantly enough that the SADA support no longer works. OSS is built on Solaris 10 and is geared for Solaris 10 customers. The problem is that in Boomer the SADA/OSS core functions are loaded by the audio module - in earlier version the audio module only contained SADA functionality .
THat said, Open Sound is open source, you are more than welcome to submit patches for OpenSolaris so that OSS works on top of the boomer core. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
