While i agree that this maybe could have been phrased better if you look the GPL Violation due to liability concerns may not actually be valid
#include standardIANAL.h the liability tree goes LL is liable for the servers being fit for purpose and is also liable for Gross Negligence for as distributed Viewers (secondlife): example if somebody goes into a seizure due to using SL 2.0 or if something in the code decides to trash Windows.
