... or Esbee's original suggestion, "Block", which is easily the most common term for this across social software UIs. I just checked as many IM apps as I could find: Skype, AIM, iChat, ICQ, MSN, Adium and Twitter all use "Block", Y!M seems to alternate between "Block" and "Ignore".
