not only understaffed. they are also undertrained. In most of the tickets that I had lately, the fact that it takes about three months to get a respüonse points at seriously understaffed, and the responses themself (if any) point at "I don't have the foggiest what this second life thing is, and I don't want to know." > I agree, definitely something that needs a watchful eye over it.
