I'll happily be wrong, truth is more important than being right, but the expensive, proprietary, and closed source havok code does not appear in the client except for the closed source mesh decomposition... thing... used for uploading meshes. However if the mesh servers are the only ones that have the new physics code, then it would be pretty silly to not have the mesh viewer, yes. I remembered there being other regions that had havok 10 that weren't tied to mesh, but if you're gonna test it, why not test it with mesh.
