Apparently a failure to properly link libdullahan.a to your plugin
(the library should be statically linked and so apr_dso_load() should
not search for this method symbol at all)...
Still something wrong in indra/cmake/CEFPlugin.cmake, or perhaps a
failure to specify the $CEF_PLUGIN_LIBRARIES in
indra/media_plugins/cef/CMakeLists.txt
Watch out for (similar) lines in it:
set(media_plugin_cef_LINK_LIBRARIES
${LLPLUGIN_LIBRARIES}
${MEDIA_PLUGIN_BASE_LIBRARIES}
${CEF_PLUGIN_LIBRARIES}
${LLCOMMON_LIBRARIES}
${PLUGIN_API_LIBRARIES}
)
