Anyone of us who could possibly travel to the states and might risk an
arrest on arrival.  This applies to me, since I have an american
fiancée, and we occasionally would like to visit her family.

The connection?  Well, I plan on continuing to work on OpenSSL for
VMS, just as I have worked so far with older SSLeay versions.  I know,
the risk that I'd face an arrest coming in to the states is pretty
darn minimal, but still...
