This does not MEAN that you cannot include a readme file for the patches.
I can post them on a server OUTSIDE US and the people that are interested
in them can download them :))

Romanian export laws are non-existent. However in Romania most of the laws
are rather optional (thecriminality rate is very high). However I'm gonna
immigrate to Canada :)

Yes it can be helped. Remember that the Linux kernel has the capability to
mount loopback filesystem(s) encrypted with des/idea. All you have to do
is to find/download libdes.
