make problem!!

HI^_^ When i running $ ./cinfig ......OK $ make system tell me "Makefile.ssl is order than Makefile.org"   why? my system is...... freebsd 4.0 stable apache 1.3.9   thank you very much!!  [EMAIL PROTECTED]
