All I can say is bleah!  This file is a bitch to fill with new OIDs.

So, I plan on hacking around a little, using objects.txt (which was
apparently made exatly for this) and a objects.num as source to
generate objects.h and obj_dat.h.  objects.num is going to be updated
in a similar to libeay.num and friends, so we keep the same sequence
of NIDs, which I assume would easily become an issue.

Comments?  Screams of horror?  Hoorays?
