If you have the possibility to help us, I could possibly help you.
I've no NetBSD machine to play with that I know of, so I need help
with the following:

  1) information on what ld needs, unless it's GNU ld.  The man page
     may be a good idea...
  2) information on what cc might need, unless it's GNU cc.  Again,
     the man page may be a good idea...
  3) help testing.  This means you'll have to load snapshots and do
     test builds.
