Are you in the US?  In that case, you need to resend that patch with a
cc: to BXA, as per the following instructions in the README file:

 Note: For legal reasons, contributions from the US can be accepted only
 if a copy of the patch is sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Personally, I'd rather see that it be cc:ed through [EMAIL PROTECTED]
