One way might be to assume that AIX 4 has dl*(), and have separate
configurations for AIX 3.  Then it's up to config to find out what
version we're dealing with.

I assume that "uname -v" gives "4" and "uname -r" gives "3" on an AIX
4.3 box, is that correct?  In that case, we have a set of assumptions
to work from.

Someone will have to confirm that dl*() work on AIX 4.x.
