Way back when, I suggested that Matt set up "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to keep
an archive of all export notices, just to avoid FOIA hassles, etc.
Matt's alias appends to a file (avail on the web page if I recall), and
forwards to the BXA address.
So if you trust Matt, and the openssl folks do, then the crypto.com
address is better.
