I had reported earlier that using the 20021027 snapshot of 0.9.7, the NIST AESAVS Monte Carlo tests fail for AES-128 in CFB mode with 1 byte (8 bit) data blocks, but got no response. My understanding from the previous threads on this topic (data block sizes v. key block sizes) was that this should encrypt/decrypt correctly now, after the padding bug was fixed. Since it apparently doesn't, stream encryption against non-OpenSSL implementations will fail. Are there any plans to address this before Beta 4? Chris Brook
