FIPS 140-2 compliance for newer versions?

We received information from the Air Force Communications Agency (AFFCA) that the version under evaluation is 0.9.7b. Is there documentation available for your observation that the current version under evaluation is 0.9.7h? That would alleviate many of the security issues.
