Missing seed functions

Where are functions like EVP_seed_ecb() and other functions 
inside "#ifndef OPENSSL_NO_SEED" implemented?

Now I have to build using '-DOPENSSL_NO_SEED' to get things
to link.
I've built everything fresh from a tar-ball from 3 days ago:
