Uhmmm, as far as I can see, your patch make no relevant change, really. The sections the extra code is covering really calls nothing else (except for a memcpy()), and particularly nothing that would come close to calling ssleay_rand_add recursively, which would be the only reason for your patch, as far as I can see. What are you really trying to solve?
