Kurt Is this related to the way you build the Debian packages? We are likely to see a lot more like this as Mike's test team get going. In unit testing its "okay" to access internal symbols. Could you add some kind of flag to your script (either export symbols or not)? Alternatively I wonder if we could somehow optionally switch off tests requiring access to internal symbols based on some define/make target?
