My company is developing a commercial Win32 TCP/IP application that will be
distributed internationally and we'd like to have it support SSL. What SSL
development kits and licensing options are available out there?

So far I know of RSA's BSAFE SSL-C, but I couldn't find any mention of its
cost or royalty requirements, etc. Then today I saw a link in this mailing
list mentioning SPYRUS SLL. They offer a toolkit for $95 and licensing for
BSAFE through them and have a distribution royalty of 2% of sales. I heard
that Netscape offered some sort of SLL toolkit but I have no information on
it. And of course there's OpenSSL, but I am not sure of the legality of
using it in a commercial application because I need support of the RSA
cipher suite.
