How do you "know" there are 200 bytes in the buffer? Are you calling ioctl with FIONREAD to get the number of bytes in the socket? If so, then that value is the ciphertext count, including padding, SSL headers, MACs and other "stuff". It is not what's available to read from the SSL_read function.

No, this is a different problem, I know there is 200 bytes in the buffer, but when I ask for the first 60, the other 140 disappear, is this due to the encryption ?
