The first command doesn't work, the compilator doesn't find the file
"strict.pm" , I don't understand why it looks for this file, it is not in
your package.
(NL7309) D:\openssl-0.9.4>ccperl Configure VC-WIN32
Can't locate strict.pm in @INC at Configure line 9.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Configure line 9.
