Because it requires kerberos headers on the host system to compile properly
there are a couple of 'flavours' and differing locations for the header files.

You'll need to tell the ./config script the kerberos flavour and possibly
where it has been intalled. For example:

./config --with-krb5-flavor=MIT

If you need to tell it a specific install location then look at some of the
comments in the Configure script for some more options.
