As you guessed correctly, this information is my business contact info, and
it's public.
On the other hand, being a moderated OpenSSL list I don't know how this
email finished in a thread. In all other occasions this never went
published, so maybe something changed in the posting rules. I suppose the
moderators considered this information valuable.

No, it's not English. However, I can guess a few things from the message:
Felix Gomez Garcia works in the security support group of a company
that calls itself TSM -- telefonica.es, which essentially means
Spanish Telecom. His company uses Lotus Notes to communicate. He's
out of the office starting 23Mar2009 and will be back in the office on
30Mar2009.
If you really need to get hold of someone who can do his job function,
you can contact either Rafael Martinez Ramon or Sergio Castaños
Rebollo.
The rest is boilerplate that's added onto every outgoing mail by the
telefonica.es outgoing SMTP relay, both in Spanish and in English.
Funny how much information someone in a security support position
would willingly give out about themselves to a public mailing list. ;)
