Attaching the certs would be most helpful. Or, opening a ticket that includes them. Being unable to find the issuer for B but not A suggests that it's the Issuer field, or the IssuerKeyIdentifier; however, it's not guaranteed. (If only X.509 weren't so obtuse, if only PKIX weren't so tied to it, but they are.) -Kyle H
