Hi Blazar folks,
I drafted overview of new instance reservation [1]. It contains
motivation and basic idea of the reservation, short-term goal and
long-term goal.
It's just a draft and entry points for the discussion. We would also
discuss some reservations things based on the etherpad at Boston Forum.
So feel free to add your comments.
