Your interests seem to span quite a bit of the OpenStack community, so I think it might be a good idea for you possibly look at the individual teams that interest you the most, and reach out to those teams and engage in discussion from there. What may be a good idea is to look at the Rocky cycle release highlights[1] as they provide high level summaries and what the recently added features were for each project as part of this past development cycle.
