I believe this is a good idea, and what would also be good is to get input from 
the "Telco Cloud Providers" who run and view networks much differently that the 
traditional enterprise/hosting companies and the type of services and 
Configuration Deployment models are very differently.  The Telco services is 
something Openstack clearly need help in understanding.

I just created a session for Heat:

Historically Heat sessions have been quite well attended by operators and 
deployers with lots of real-world feedback from users.

However I still think having a specific session dedicated to this discussion 
could be good, and would potentially serve to provide some additional focus and 
defininition between user-visible and internal-design discussions.
