For Juno one of the most critical items in Neutron is the issue of broken DB migrations. Over the past few months some ad-hoc discussions have taken place. At the Atlanta summit some core team members and interested developers met at the Neutron pod and discussed the issue and what should be done about it.
We have decided on a plan[1] and have formed a small sub-team. This team will hold a weekly meeting on IRC at 1300 UTC on Tuesdays[2]. Please attend if you have any questions or issues related to DB migrations. Team members (or anyone) please add any missing bugs to the meeting wiki[3].
