Do you see a chance that the subteam would also look at the existing
bugs [1] in the quotas area? Most of them are pretty old (>= 1 year)
and there might be a chance that, while you digg through the code,
you come to the conclusion that some of them are not valid anymore or
are already solved. That would be really helpful from a bug management
perspective.
