not sure this was published anywhere but for those using devstack plugins, a patch merged recently[1], to take action on this. you'll need to switch SERVICE_TENANT_NAME to SERVICE_PROJECT_NAME. a backward compat patch[2] is available but we should all change. glad to see we're moving forward on this.
