Due to release-critical issues spotted in Neutron during RC1 testing, a
new release candidate was created for Mitaka. You can find the RC2
source code tarballs at:

Unless new release-critical issues are found that warrant a last-minute
release candidate respin, these tarballs will be formally released as
the final "Mitaka" version on April 7th. You are therefore strongly
encouraged to test and validate these tarballs !

and tag it *mitaka-rc-potential* to bring it to the Neutron release
crew's attention.
