Hi,
there are several patches in a tempest that improves micro
versions coverage for Nova REST API:

The purpose of this thread is to align our efforts in merging these and
also ask other contributors to join this activity, as it will improve
nova tempest coverage.

Are these all needed in Tempest? We don't need 100% nova microversion
REST API coverage in Tempest if there are things that we can test inside
nova, like in the functional tests. The only thing we don't have in nova
is the response schema validation. For the most part I only ask for a
microversion test in Tempest when it requires other services like cinder
or neutron, or it hits new behavior in the virt drivers.
