pa-IN is flawed and Panjabi is not a proprietary language of India - but language is spread across the world.e.g. It is the third most spoken/written language in BC after English. Also pa-Arab is not appropriate because there is no direct connection between spoken Arabic and Punjabi. pa-Guru / pa-Shah would make a much better argument.
