Hi. nova-core wanted a tool to help us track how we were going with triage of incoming bugs, with the intention that we would discuss the statistics at our weekly meetings. I therefore whipped up a quick script to do this.
The business rules are as follows: - report on triage events in the last 14 days - a triage is when a user changes status from New and importance from Undecided.
