I guess I figured it's just expected that you triage your own bugs that you filed for patches you're submitting. You're getting credit for that in other places (a merged patch, a fixed bug). If you're lazy and make someone else do it, we should certainly give them triage credit for it. But I see your point. It's still real work that was done.
