Are you using the the image:

Note that this image is based off the stable 13.1 distro (so we hope it
works ;), the image
Alex Graf is referring to is based off the current Factory.

Also, I can confirm that the 13.1 image does not automatically resize
the filesystem.  I used YaST on a seperate computer w/ a cheep Targus SD
card reader to resize the root filesystem.  One other bug I found was a
missing symlink from /etc/mtab -> /proc/self/mounts.  This can cause
funny behavior for commands that read mtab like mount and df.
