My board has run opensuse JEOS in the past so this should be a good test. [Given my limited skill set, this is about all I can do to contribute. ;-) ] I noticed there is no sha256 for the XFCE disty. Maybe the file isn't good. FWIW, my HDMI cable is plugged into a DVI converter and KVM before going to my monitor. I doubt it makes a difference, but when you chase bugs, you need to be specific.
