I don't find it cool and I definitely don't think something like this 
should be enabled by default; that's why I added the "well, authors 
though so" part. But there apparently are people who do - try to google 
"MAC address randomization" and you find people asking how to activate 
such feature. I suppose it's the same kind of people who thought 
enabling IPv6 privacy extensions by default was a good idea.
