This title is a bit misleading cause Factory!=beta8, please check it next time. Beta 8 is planned at Mar 17, 2006.
"Starting with the packages in the factory tree from 2006-03-12, zmd and rug can be used for package management." Don't know what comes now (upgrading to factory again, this time via yast instead of y2pmsh) but this morning (12-03-06) it did not work yet. Rug just hangs when you ping zen. Still broken, maybe ftp.gwdg.de was not synced yet...but that looks like a kinda weird option to me. Tomorrow we will know more......
