I tried it on my 10.1 clean default install on a Parallels. The machin
Parallels runs on has already a CPU load of about 80% (video editing)

I must say, it would be nice to have the output not on such long lines.
Even with my terminal on 1280x1024 I am not able to see the lines on one
line. Makes it a lot harder to read. On my 1600x1200 I can read it.
