Hi,
x-server update on 10.3 this morning, made the os unuseable, the same
goes for the kernel-update on 10.2, misplaced entrances in the
bootloader made the os impossible to boot.
Now both my SuSE's are down :-(
How to fix them if not able to enter either of them?
Rescue CD or LiveCD or even Knoppix, mount the root drive, edit and
fix /boot/grub/menu.lst ???

Offcourse, thnx ;-), i did not think about that yet, but i did that
before... It is just that i was a little mad, because the same thing
happened a while ago few times, and i realy thought we would be over
this... Why change things that are fixed back to broken again?
These kind of things test my patience in a negative way.
I do not understand that invalid or untested pkgs are suggested as updates?
M9,
sorry to interrupt you, but 10.3 is now released ;-)
It belongs to [EMAIL PROTECTED] mail list.
Huh?
OK, i am on windows at this time, for reasons written above, and do not
have my addresses here...
On the other hand, i don't even know if i am subscribed to that list...
But, fear not! I will correct this asap ;-)
gretz M9..
