I have a few questions Jos and then I'll get back to you about what you asked me,if we create a distribution out of SUSE Studio is anyone having commercial rights for that product and who is that? Its creator or Novell? What is it's license? Isn't that product a FOSS Product? Please let me know because we are a few steps behind on making a deal and I would like to be sure on what I am talking about to others, their concern is that none can have commercial rights and that the product(distribution) is free for anyone.
