If you create anything in Studio based on openSUSE, you have to follow the
openSUSE trademark guidelines. So, depending on the changes you have to
remove the trademarks or ask for permission to use the trademark - which in
a case like you describe expect to be granted.

It is, the only restriction here is using of trademarks.
