No, openSLX should not be "handling" it on their own. They should be checking in with us first. They did it on their own for 11.3 and their design was massively against our branding. There was a big uproar about that. For now, we need to discuss and agree on the design and then include openSLX in that design discussion ASAP. openSLX may be the ones that are creating the DVD boxes, but they're also printing the DVD Promos and those Promos are what we the marketing and ambassador teams use to reach out to the community.
