Helen, Tony One thing is official logo that is strictly defined. http://en.opensuse.org/images/0/0e/Opensuse-spacing-preview.png The other thing is what we can do to create derivatives. All derivatives are not openSUSE logos, just artistic play on the logo subject. Under "improper logo use": http://en.opensuse.org/File:Opensuse-donts-preview.png you can see examples of logos that are similar to official, but can't be considered as official. BTW, even the logo on http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Artwork_brand is not really official :) Here is what is protected as a trademark: http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4003:qpkc5l.2.1 -- Regards, Rajko -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
