Hi, if you Google for "openSUSE 12.3 network manager problem" or several different combinations, they will point you to the release notes. We just included in the portal also a link to the Release notes.
We need to educate users to read the release notes before installing the distribution. We can do a better job there eventhough we will never succeed copletely. If you have suggestion in this direction, we can include them in the next Release process.
